Fair Use Policy
- Support Limits:
- Includes up to 3 hours of support during the free year for extended tasks.
- Unlimited email-based requests that take 10 minutes or less to resolve.
- Phone calls, texts, meetings, and remote access sessions count against the 3-hour limit.
What Happens After the Free Trial or $1 Support Limitations?
- Notice: We will keep you updated along the way as far as time, findings and recommendations.
- Pricing: Agreement goes into effect if the plan is utilized at $65/month per user (includes one computer).
- Automatic Billing: After the first year or allotted time, billing will automatically go into effect for the covered users. We will default to one user unless otherwise specified.

Defining Utilization
Utilization means actively benefiting from the plan, which includes but is not limited to:
