With so much going on, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed when we’re busy with life and so many things come at us. Stress can often be lessened by making a change in perception, which can change how we react and feel in our daily lives.
Since you likely removed some of the wants off that list, feel free to make another list for wants. You can fit them into your schedule as you like and have time. Personally, I have a backburner list that sits there until I feel like bothering with it, low priority items.
By doing this, you’ll be able to visualize what you need to accomplish and will have a sense of accomplishment when you’ve finished each task. There are only so many hours in a day, and sometimes what seems like a lot can be accomplished with less stress than we think. Always keep in mind that you are in control of how you react to situations.
