Do you allow cancelations?
Yes. We do. As long as they are within the timeframes we allow as per our terms.
Are cancelations immediate?
Cancellations take effect at the end of your support period (IE if you pay for a year on 3/21/2020, your service renews on 3/21/2021 and you can cancel anytime between 6/21/2020 and 2/21/2021). These timeframes are to help prevent abuse of services and allow us to provide great rates.
Can I can cancel the service after my renewal period?
Cancelation is not allowed once the invoice goes out to renew, this is because we pre-pay for the services we use to help you. This allows us to keep pricing down.
Do you offer refunds if my invoice billed and I no longer want the service?
We do not offer refunds. This is due to the fact we pre-pay for a lot of services we provide, and this helps keep our costs to you low. However, if you can refer someone within a month of your service renewal, we can provide you a finder fee to counter your service fee.
How do I stop it from billing again after my invoice goes out?
Once all invoices are settled, you can cancel from there and cancelation will take effect the following period, meaning you will have the service during the billing period for which you paid, and after that will no longer be billed.
What if I don’t need the service and I missed my cancelation window?
Everyone needs the service, they just don’t know it! There are tons of ways to get day to day help via our concierge service, and our worry-free consulting plan goes above and beyond with much more than just tech support. You can literally request anything from us. We’re more of a personal assistant in that aspect. Remember too, we can save you on streaming services and cloud services as well as future purchases for any item. You can also transfer the service to someone else who may need it. Remember too, any months you don’t use can be used for support, upgrades and travel!
