Additional Terms and Conditions for Travel Services

This page is a continuation of our Terms of Service.

1. Definitions

  • Travel Services: Services provided by Provider related to booking and arranging travel, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, tours, and car rentals.
  • Third-Party Providers: Any airline, hotel, tour operator, car rental company, or other service provider involved in the fulfillment of the travel arrangements.

2. Scope of Services

  • Provider acts solely as an agent for the Client in booking travel services.
  • Provider does not guarantee or promise any service or support past the initial booking unless explicitly stated on the SOW, invoice or quote.
  • Provider is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Third-Party Providers.

3. Additional Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for travel bookings.
  • Read and understand the terms and conditions of Third-Party Providers, which will be provided upon request.
  • Obtain necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) and ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements (e.g., vaccinations).

4. Travel Changes and Last-Minute Modifications

  • Any requests for changes or modifications to travel arrangements must be made in writing.
  • Provider will use reasonable efforts to accommodate changes; however, availability and additional costs are subject to the policies of Third-Party Providers.
  • Clients may be responsible for any fees or charges incurred due to changes or modifications.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Should the Client need to cancel the trip, the cancellation must be communicated in writing.
  • The Client will be billed a $250 cancellation fee or the standard hourly rate as stated on the rates page, for any and all time spent, at the discretion of the Provider.
  • Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of Third-Party Providers.
  • Provider’s service fees are non-refundable.

6. Travel Insurance

  • Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical expenses, and lost luggage.
  • Provider is not liable for any losses not covered by travel insurance.

7.  Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be held liable for any dissatisfaction, inconvenience, loss, injury, or damage that arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with accommodations, meals, or other services provided by Third-Party Providers.
  • Acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence by Third-Party Providers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and car rental companies.
  • Changes, delays, or cancellations due to weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or other force majeure events.
  • Any injury, loss, or damage to person or property during the course of travel, regardless of whether such injury, loss, or damage occurs due to the act or omission of Third-Party Providers.
  • Any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of enjoyment, even if the Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Acknowledgment of Risk

  • Client acknowledges the inherent risks associated with travel, including but not limited to delays, changes in itinerary, and force majeure events.
  • Provider is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during travel.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these additional terms will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism outlined in the main Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

  • These additional terms are governed by the laws of the state specified in the main Terms of Service.
